Revamped an EV charging app with a user-centric approach, drawing from two years of valuable insights and customer interactions and product development in the EV ecosystem. Guided a team of 2 masters degree interns to building the app flow and UI. Following with a high-fidelity prototype in Figma and 3D illustrations optimizing the app for an intuitive user experience.
